I lost my ticket(s)...

I bought my tickets from a third party, can Paylogic check the authenticity?

In general, Paylogic does not support ticket resale due to possible inconsistencies.

Unfortunately, if you have re-sold or are about to resell your ticket or purchase from a third party, we cannot offer authenticity check services. Paylogic is not authorized to provide scanning information for these tickets. You should address the website you used to re-sell or purchase your ticket(s).

We highly recommend you to acquire your tickets via official channels as these services will provide you the certainties and quality that you deserve.

My ticket is lost or stolen. What should I do?

If you lost track of your printed ticket(s) or believe that they may have been stolen, you might be worried about someone else accessing the event or festival with it (them).

In this case, you can contact us directly so we can cancel the existing ticket(s) and send you a new one(s). Please remember to mention your full name, order ID or payment reference, and include a proof of payment (i.e. a copy or a screenshot of the bank statement which shows the transaction/payment made to Paylogic).


I have personalized my tickets. Can I change the name for one/all my ticket(s)?

Once you have personalized your e-ticket(s) for an event, changing the name on one or several of them is not a straightforward process. Many events or festivals do not allow for name changes. However, sometimes events make this possible by purchasing  a “Name Change”.

Here are our recommendations regarding changing names or re-personalizing:

  • When receiving the confirmation email with the link to personalize your tickets, check the time frame available to personalize. Fill in the personalization details once you are certain of the final attendees.
  • You can visit the event or festival’s “Main Website” and the “Frequently Asked Questions” (FAQs) site to check whether Name Changes are possible.
  • In case you wish to change the name on your ticket because of a minor misspelling, you can get in contact directly with us (CONTACT US) to request the modification.

Notice! If you were not asked to personalize the tickets (see What is ticket personalization (“additional information is required for your order”)?) and now every ticket in your order (for example: when you are attending with friends) shows the same name printed, you do not need to make further changes as the name is not relevant in these cases (The barcode on the E-ticket is what matters!).
