Do I need a credit card to check-in at the hotel?

It is possible that some hotels require you to provide them a Credit Card for the use of additional services in the hotel, such as a dinner or minibar consumptions etc. We kindly refer you to the hotel policies for this information.

What do I need for the check-in?

To check-in at the hotel you will need your hotel voucher (you will receive your vouchers no later than two weeks before the event), together with a valid ID card or passport. In some cases you may be asked for a Credit Card.

What time may I check in?

This depends on the hotel you are staying in. Therefore, please carefully check your booking overview to see what the check-in and -out times are. You can find the link to your booking overview in the confirmation email that you received.

Can I check-in at the hotel and enter the event by showing the hotel documents and/or festival ticket(s) on my phone?

We recommend you to print your hotel documents and ticket(s). We cannot guarantee that the hotel accepts digital confirmations. Please keep in mind that the connection/signal at the event site could be very limited.


We cannot be held responsible when access to the event is denied due to problems with demonstrating your ticket(s).
