Some events and festivals offer the possibility to pay for your tickets with a bank transfer instead of a credit card. Several things must be kept in mind:
- When selecting the option to pay with Bank Transfer, an e-mail with the necessary information for the transfer will be sent to you.
- From that point, there is an approximate window of 10 working days for the payment to be completed (this means received by the bank, transferred to and then reflected in our account). If there is no completion within this timeframe the order expires and it is automatically cancelled.
- Paying the required amount in the bank does NOT immediately complete your order! There is an approximate waiting period of 5 days until the payment is reflected in our own account. As soon as this happens, an e-mail is sent to you with the link to download your tickets (or to personalize them [see What is ticket personalization (“additional information is required for your order”)?], depending on the event).
