If you have trouble accessing your Paylogic Account, consider the following:
- You might have registered a different e-mail when registering your account. Try all your usual e-mail accounts.
- In case you forgot your password, click on Forgot password? and follow the instructions to reset it.
- Some events create only a temporary account with your e-mail when you place an order. It is then not possible to access it later on (for example: to re-download your e-tickets for a specific event). In this case, you can contact always CONTACT US. Remember to provide your order number, payment reference and/or full name!
