Some events or festivals require personalisation of your ticket(s). Ticket personalization is important in order to:
1. Prevent and minimise ticket re-sale on the black market for a higher value.
2. Maximise security by identifying attendees.
In order to personalise your ticket(s), you will receive a confirmation email after completing an order with payment. This email provides a LINK (Add additional information) and asks you to fill in personal information (such as full name, email address and date of birth of every attendee).
Notice! Personalization is available only within certain dates depending on the event! Please make sure to fill in the requested information within this timeframe.
Once the information is provided, you will receive an email containing the link to download your final e-ticket(s):
Notice! The follow-up emails are sent to the email address that was used to place the order. Therefore, in case you have not received the notifications, you may try to check your usual email accounts as well as your “Spam” folders.
