Yes, this is compulsory. After buying your tickets, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a summary of the order.

Please note: You will not yet receive your tickets in this e-mail. From the confirmation e-mail after your order, you can personalise your tickets. If you have done this, you will receive an e-mail with your tickets after 4 October 2023. If you personalise after 4 October, you will receive your tickets immediately.

For each ticket, you have to enter personal information, such as first name, surname and the e-mail address of the person who will enter the event. Be aware that this information must be unique for each ticket. For this reason, enter the name equal to the name on a valid identity document (passport, ID card).
