To personalize your ticket(s) for Concert At Sea, you will receive a confirmation email after completing an order with payment. This email contains a link and asks you to enter personal information (such as each visitor's full name, email address and date of birth).

• To claim a ticket click on 'Personalize'.

• Click 'Claim' to personalize a ticket for yourself or 'Send' to send a ticket to your friend(s).

• When claiming your ticket, the information is pre-filled from the purchase. However, you can edit some of the information if necessary. Click "Confirm" at the bottom to claim the ticket for yourself.

• Select the ticket(s) you want to send, enter your friend's email address and click "Confirm".

• Your friend(s) will receive an email asking them to claim their ticket(s).

Note: Personalization is not required for every ticket category. In this case, you will receive the ticket directly in your inbox.
