If you lost or did not receive the confirmation email with your ticket(s), you can use this link to request that your confirmation email be resent.
The payment process may also have stopped due to a loading error, problems with your Internet connection or an accidentally closed screen.
If you are unsure if you have successfully completed your order, keep the following in mind:
- Once an order has been completed with a payment, after a few minutes you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address entered when placing the order (exceptions to this rule are wire transfers and payment via PayPal).
- If Paylogic does not receive payment for the created order within a certain time, the order will be automatically cancelled. You can then place a new order.
- For payments made with debit cards (instead of credit cards), you can see the payment immediately in your bank statement. However, it is possible that there is a delay between the time the amount has left your account, and it is actually in Paylogic's account. As a result, it may take a little longer before you receive your confirmation email.
- We do not recommend making multiple payment attempts in a row if you are not sure whether you have succeeded in placing your order or not.
