Have your plans changed? Are you or your friend unable to attend the event? Did you accidentally place a duplicate order? Or do you want to upgrade your order? In these cases, you can request a change to your order.
Note: Whether a change is possible or not depends on the event! Please consult the frequently asked questions on the festival's official website before sending a refund/change request.
Some events offer one or more of the following options:
- Ticket transfer if personalization of tickets is NOT required: you can transfer your e-tickets to another person.
- Ticket transfer if personalization of tickets IS required: you may be able to purchase a "Name Change" to transfer your ticket to another person.
- Upgrade: check the website or FAQ to see if it is possible to purchase upgrade packages.
Some events have a very strict "No cancellations / No changes" policy. In this case you can contact one of our agents through our contact form.
