- Do I need to have a Paylogic account?
Yes, you do! If you do not have an existing Paylogic account you can create a new account during the order process.
- I received an error during my credit card payment, what can I do?
Please note that all the information needs to match with the credit card. Please make sure that your bank allows international transactions. If this is the case, you might want to try a different card. If you still receive the error message, please contact us via adetickets@paylogic.eu.
- Can I change my email address?
Yes, we however do need a proof of payment from the main buyer in order to prevent that the wrong person has access to your tickets (i.e. a copy or a screenshot of the bank statement which shows the transaction to Paylogic). Please send an e-mail with the proof of payment to adetickets@paylogic.eu.
